Our Studio

We are a neighborhood yoga shala (shala means hall, or place with a special purpose) on Spokane’s South Hill at 505 E. 24th Ave, just south east of Manito Park.

We are lucky enough to have two beautiful studios, and two bathrooms (one with a shower!). Our main studio (see right) is 1200 square feet with beautiful hardwoods, and is where the bulk of our classes are held. Our second studio (below) is 500 square feet and is used for smaller classes, privates, childcare and rental out to other programs.

Also located within our studio is The Yoga Shop, Spokane’s only spot for all your yoga accoutrements including clothing (Om Girl, Prana, Beckons, and Verve), books, CDs, mats, mat bags and more.
