Beginner's Clinic: click here for details

Foundations: (available only at our North location) These classes are perfect for someone who has never taken yoga and would like to start very slowly. They cover the sun salutations and the foundational standing postures.

Prep: These classes introduce more postures in the Ashtanga Primary Series.

Primary Series: This class is for anyone who is familiar with the practice of Ashtanga. It is an exploration of the full Ashtanga Primary Series.

Traditional Practice: Also known as "mysore" practice, students are introduced to the tradition one piece of information at a time, developing the discipline of self practice, with the guidance of the instructor. For more information please click here.

Flow:This class begins with opening exercises to prepare for practice, followed by a dynamic flow style sequence of poses, ending with cooling postures to quiet the nervous system, leaving the body and mind feeling refreshed and awake.

Fogis: Calling all geezers! Who says that just because you have silver hair and achy joints you can't improve your balance, your range of motion and increase your flexibility. This is a privately held class, to join please call Katie at 509.869.4121.
