Mysore Program
Mysore style Ashtanga classes are available six days a week.Sundays from 7:30-9:30am, Mondays-Fridays 6-8am (Tuesdays from 6-7 is led, and opens up to mysore from 7-8).

Beginners Program
We highly recommend starting with our 6-Week Beginners Course. In this session you will 'dive in' to the study and practice of the method of Ashtanga Yoga. Included in your course fee are study materials, extra class options and unlimited guidance from our Beginners Coordinator.

Vinyasa Flow
Our popular "flow" classes are based on the core principles of the Ashtanga method.

Teacher Training
Our Yoga Alliance registered program is set up in two 100hr. immersion style modules, meeting once a year for two years. It is taught by certified Ashtanga teacher David Garrigues. Click here for details.

Yoga for Specific Populations
Two years ago we were asked to start a class for a group of men in their late 40's, and 50's, and they asked to call the class Yoga for Old Fat Guy's. We agreed to do it if they agreed to make a year long committment. Well almost two years later they are still at it, the class has grown and evolved so has the name (Fogi Yogi's). Fogi's meets on Tuesday's at 4:30pm.
