Yoga 101 6-Week Beginners Session - Winter 2011 (2012 information coming soon!)
This is the perfect place to start if you are new to yoga or new to Ashtanga Vinyasa. This 6-week long course teaches a beginner everything they need to know about starting an Ashtanga Yoga practice including understanding and traditional practice (Mysore style) of yoga.  Ashtanga is the foundation of all of the classes taught at the Shala, so taking this course will help you get the most out of any style of class you take.

 

South Hill Shala - Evening Session
Start date: March 7th - This course meets every Wednesday evening and progresses into our regular (non-101 specific) classes beginning week 3. Schedule is below.

Week 1: Wed 3/7 7:15pm
Week 2: Wed 3/14 7:15pm
Week 3: Mon 3/19 5:40pm and Wed 3/21 7:15pm
Week 4: Mon 3/26 5:40pm and Wed 3/28 7:15pm
Week 5: Mon 4/2 5:40pm, Wed 4/4 7:15pm and Sat 4/7 7:30am
Week 6: Mon 4/9 5:40pm, Wed 4/11 7:15pm and Sat 4/14 7:30am
