Traditional Ashtanga Yoga with Manju Jois Ashtanga Intensive
March 16-20, 2010

It is a super huge exciting honor to annonce that Manju Jois has accepted our invitation to visit and teach at our Shala!

Manju Jois, Ashtanga Yoga guru of Mysore, South India, is the oldest son of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. He began his teaching career at the age of 15 with his father and has taught ever since. Manju incorporates pranayama and vedic chanting in his classes, which compliment an Ashtanga yoga practice. His intention is to teach in the way of the Ancient tradition and bring the many benefits of Ashtanga yoga to his students. Manju's dedication to his life of teaching and practicing yoga has brought the benefits of the ancient tradition of Ashtanga Yoga to many students throughout the world, as he guides each to "Unite with Yourself.” Visit www.manjujois.com to learn more!
