Sustainable Body

When we start to take a more holistic approach to living we start to notice that every aspect of our psycho-emotional-physical health is dependent on getting enough movement. No matter what other activities you do and no matter what age you are-- yoga, dance, sports, pilates, running, walking--your somatic movements will release tension and chronic muscular contractions created by your life habits, work, hobbies, and other activities.

2012 Workshop Schedule: (to register email info@spokaneyogashala.com)

Knee's - A Yogi's best friend

The Complete Back
A contracted muscle is a tired muscle, and when a muscle starts to get fatigued it starts to hurt. Back pain can often be managed by learning how to release the contractions that we create in our backs through our daily activities. The result are muscles that are less fatigued and begin to rest and thus no longer hurt. Come to this class to focus specificially on the back. March 23 5:30- 7:30pm
